Manufacturing
How long does furniture manufacturing take?
Standard lead time is up to 2 months, depending on materials and project size. Express production is available for our special partners.
Can I order furniture with custom dimensions?
Yes, we specialize in custom-dimension furniture manufacturing tailored to your project specifications.
What materials do you use?
We use approved board materials, MDF/HDF, HPL or compact panels, decorative surfaces, Rehau edge bands and furniture hardware from the supplier brands listed on our Materials & Equipment page.
What furniture hardware brands does FurniOx use?
Our hardware stack includes Blum, Hettich, Italiana Ferramenta, Lamello, Camar, Häfele, Vauth-Sagel and GTV for hinges, drawer systems, concealed supports, connectors, pull-outs and functional fittings.
What panel and board materials does FurniOx use?
Our panel and surface suppliers are Egger, Unilin, Kronospan, Valchromat, Gizir, AGT and Cleaf. The exact decor, board type and finish are confirmed in the project specification before production.
What edge banding does FurniOx use?
We specify Rehau edge bands for colour-matched, durable furniture edges. They are applied with our SCM Stefani industrial edgebander for controlled bonding and factory-grade consistency.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer warranty coverage of up to 5 years on our furniture products.
Technology & AI
What is Industry 5.0 manufacturing?
Industry 5.0 is the European Commission's framework for human-centric manufacturing where AI augments human capability. FurniOx is actively moving toward this model by implementing AI-assisted workflows for scheduling, quoting, and material optimization while our craftspeople focus on quality, creativity, and craftsmanship.
How does AI improve furniture manufacturing?
We are developing AI agents to optimize production scheduling, material nesting, and quality control. The goal is to reduce human errors, cut material waste by 5-15%, and shorten lead times while keeping skilled craftspeople at the center of the process.
What is 3D scanning and why does it matter for custom furniture?
Our Leica 3D scanner captures room dimensions with sub-millimetre accuracy. This means furniture is designed to fit your exact space with no gaps, no misalignments, and no costly rework during installation. Traditional tape measurements simply cannot achieve this level of precision.
How do you prevent fitting problems during installation?
By scanning rooms in 3D before design begins, we catch every irregularity such as sloped ceilings, uneven walls, pipes, and sockets at the design stage. Problems found digitally cost nothing to fix. Problems found on installation day cost weeks and money.
Does AI replace your workers?
No. Our Industry 5.0 approach is human-centric by design. AI handles the cognitive overhead such as scheduling, pricing, and inventory coordination that causes most production delays and errors. Our craftspeople focus on quality craftsmanship, finishing, and installation.
Service & Delivery
Which countries do you serve?
We serve 10 European markets: Lithuania, Latvia, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, United Kingdom, Estonia, France, and Sweden. International projects come through furniox.com. We deliver to all markets using our logistics partners.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we provide end-to-end service including delivery, professional installation, and final adjustments on site.
Can businesses partner with FurniOx?
Yes. We work with interior designers, architects, construction companies, and real estate brokers, offering priority production, collaboration incentives, and dedicated project support.
How do partners review furniture designs before production?
We share interactive 3D models via eDrawings, a free viewer that lets you rotate, zoom, measure, and annotate the complete furniture design in the context of your actual room. No CAD software is needed.
Why choose a Lithuanian manufacturer over a local one?
We use approved supplier materials and industrial machinery comparable to top Western European workshops. The precision is backed by 3D scanning and SolidWorks engineering CAD. The difference is competitive pricing from a Baltic cost base, with delivery to all 10 European markets.
